The Bistro

The Bistro at Dalrachney Lodge is open to non-residents and Dinner is served from 6pm with last orders at approx. 8.15pm.   The Bistro is generally closed on Sundays and Mondays and can be closed on other evenings, particularly in low season and therefore we always advise telephoning to make a reservation on 01479 841252.  


Dining at Dalrachney augments the Highland experience where our professional staff have acquired an excellent reputation for service and great food using the best of fresh local produce - game, beef, lamb and salmon.  Vegetarian options are available and individual dietary needs can be met by prior arrangement.

Guests are shown into the Drawing Room where they can relax with a pre-dinner drink (by the log fire in very cold weather).  Dinner is served in the Stalker's Bar/Bistro which has a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

Goat's Cheese Mousse with pear compote, a red wine caramel and walnuts, served with oatcakes.

Deep Fried fillet of Haddock in batter served with tartare sauce

Butternut Squash, Goat's Cheese & Spinach Lasagne served with garlic bread & salad garnish
